1. Agreement

By using the BTTOTEK Solutions platform you agree to these terms. If you use the platform on behalf of an employer or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Engineering disclaimer — read this first

Every calculator here produces an indicative estimate for planning, budgeting and tendering. Outputs are derived from standard IS-code practice, common trade conversion factors and the assumptions you enter. They are not a structural design, not a certified quantity survey and not a substitute for the judgement of a licensed engineer.

Before any material is ordered, any concrete is poured or any contract is priced, results must be checked against the project drawings, the governing code edition, the soil investigation report, and current local market rates. BTTOTEK Solutions accepts no liability for cost overruns, material shortfalls, structural inadequacy or contractual loss arising from reliance on an output produced here.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for individual professional use; do not share a single login across a team or resell access. We may suspend accounts used for scraping, automated bulk querying or attempts to bypass access controls.

4. Saved estimates and exports

Estimates you save, and the PDF and spreadsheet files you export, belong to you. You may use them freely in your own tender documents, bills of quantities and client reports, including commercially, provided you take responsibility for verifying their contents.

We provide storage on a best-effort basis. Keep your own copy of any figure you depend on; we do not guarantee indefinite retention of workspace data.

5. Intellectual property

The calculator interfaces, source code, design system, worked examples and technical articles published on this site are original works owned by BTTOTEK Solutions and protected by copyright. You may link to and quote short passages with attribution. Republishing an article in whole, mirroring the calculators, or extracting our content to train or populate a competing service is not permitted without written consent.

Standard engineering formulae and code provisions themselves are, of course, public knowledge — our claim is to the presentation, explanation and implementation, not to the physics.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to interfere with the service, probe the infrastructure, upload malicious content, submit unlawful material through the contact or review forms, or post reviews and comments that are defamatory, deceptive or commercially spammy. Moderated submissions that breach this section will be removed without notice.

7. Advertising and third-party links

The platform is supported by advertising and may link to supplier, code-body or partner websites. We do not control the content of those destinations and do not endorse products shown in advertising units.

8. Availability and changes

The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We may add, alter or withdraw calculators, adjust default rates and factors, or change these terms as codes and market practice evolve. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of the jurisdiction in which BTTOTEK Solutions is registered shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
