1. Who we are

BTTOTEK Solutions operates a suite of civil engineering, construction costing and real-estate analytics calculators. This policy explains what information the platform collects when you estimate a bar bending schedule, price a concrete pour or model a rental yield, and what we do with that information.

We publish this policy because trust matters more than traffic: an estimator who pastes a live tender quantity into a browser tool deserves to know exactly where that number goes.

2. Calculator inputs stay in your browser

Every calculator on this site computes in your browser. Dimensions, bar diameters, spacing, mix grades, land areas, loan amounts and rates are not transmitted to our servers while you type, and we do not log them.

The only time calculation data leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to save an estimate to your workspace. In that case the inputs and results are stored against your account so you can reopen them later, and only you (and no other signed-in user) can read them.

3. Account and contact information

If you create an account we store your email address, and optionally your name, company and phone number, so that we can authenticate you and attach saved estimates to your profile. If you submit the contact form we store the name, email, phone and message you provide so that our team can reply to your enquiry.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your enquiry details with third parties other than the infrastructure providers that host this platform.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your theme preference and interface settings, and a session cookie or token to keep you signed in. These are strictly functional; disabling them will sign you out and reset your display preferences but will not stop the calculators from working.

We also record anonymous, aggregate usage counts (for example how many people found a tool useful) using a random visitor key that is not linked to your identity.

5. Advertising

Parts of this site display advertising, including units served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and other sites on the internet.

You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendor cookies through www.aboutads.info. Where required by law, we request consent before serving personalised advertising, and users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent notice covering advertising and measurement partners.

We do not place advertising inside protected workspace pages, and we never pass your saved estimate contents to an advertising partner.

6. Data retention and security

Account records and saved estimates are retained for as long as your account is active. Contact enquiries are retained for up to twenty-four months for support and audit purposes. All traffic is served over HTTPS, and database access is governed by row-level security rules that restrict every record to its owner or an authorised administrator.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time by writing to us through the contact page. We will respond within thirty days. Deleting your account removes your profile and all saved estimates permanently.

8. Children

This platform is a professional engineering tool and is not directed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the platform evolves — for example when we add a new integration or advertising partner. Material changes will be announced on this page with a revised effective date.
